We are a specialist floor care company, not a general cleaning contractor: carpets, hard floors and upholstery are all we do, using industry-grade extraction and low-moisture equipment matched to each floor covering.
Every commercial job is assessed before we quote, supervised by our founder while it runs, and inspected against the agreed standard before we hand the floor back.

We carry deep-extraction, low-moisture and hybrid cleaning systems on every commercial job, and we choose the right one for each floor based on four things: the result you want, the time we have on site, your budget, and when the space needs to be back in use. You tell us the constraints; picking the process is our job.
The result is a floor that looks right, delivered inside your window, at the price we agreed. We tell you before we start what standard to expect. If a ten-year-old carpet will come up well but not like new, you hear that at the assessment, not on the day.

Yusuf founded Capital Carpet Cleaners and remains the primary point of contact for every client. He assesses each site, agrees the standard before work starts, and quality checks the result, whether it is a single meeting room or a multi-floor office programme.

Yes. Evenings and weekends are our standard working pattern for offices, at no extra charge. Most commercial cleans are scheduled so carpets are dry before staff return.
We price per square metre, and the rate reduces as floor area increases. See how pricing works and send a 30-second quote request. We respond the same working day, and once a price is agreed there are no extras.
Most London offices benefit from a deep clean every 6–12 months, with quarterly maintenance for high-traffic areas like entrances, lift lobbies and breakout spaces. A maintenance plan usually costs less per visit than ad-hoc cleans.
Low-moisture encapsulation: around an hour. Hot water extraction: typically 2–6 hours depending on carpet and airflow, scheduled out of hours so drying time never affects your working day.
Yes. We carry £5 million public liability cover including treatment risk. Many cleaners' policies exclude the very surface they are working on. Ours covers it. RAMS, risk assessments and certificates are provided on request.
